Hear from Paypal, Adobe, eBay and Nordstrom on lessons they learned from 2020.<\/p>\n<h2>Highlights<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We spent our time developing longer term relationships with student orgs and non-profits focused on nurturing under represented talent that isn\u2019t focused on immediate ROI but true partnerships seen as thought partnership and someone students can rely on<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Diving into Apprenticeship Programs (bootcamps) by partnering more with non-traditional students and making our interview process inclusive of both traditional and non-traditional students to deepen our inclusivity.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The pandemic has left us in a dire state but as organizations we have to look at what it is compelling us to do- find alternatives and realize that those alternatives are actually making us bigger and better.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>2020 was unprecedented for us all &#8211; learning new ways to recruit, engage, interview and onboard.
