The Associate Campus Recruiter will help scale and support our campus program. They will partner with our recruiters and hiring leaders to perfect candidate experience and help implement recruiting processes and operational efficiencies. They will also provide support for campus programs, events, and initiatives.
What You’ll Do
Plan and execute virtual / in-person recruiting events and continue to identify creative opportunities to drive our campus & diversity recruiting efforts
Implement thoughtful programming and trainings for our interns, new grads and internal program partners
Partner with recruiters, hiring managers and interviewers to schedule interviews for Yext’s Intern and New Grad candidates
Provide an excellent candidate experience from beginning to end, while making sure that each candidate feels encouraged and informed regardless of the hiring decision
Assist in arranging travel accommodations for candidates
Assist with event planning, logistics, overall support of the program
Work closely with cross-functional partners (HR, IT, hiring managers, etc.) to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for interns
Take a data driven approach to identify areas of improvement within our recruiting processes and entry-level talent programs
Ensure a high level of data integrity with our ATS, team trackers and other People systems
Source candidates using creative and effective methods to identify top talent
Positively represent Yext’s brand and mission
What You Have
Bachelor’s Degree and 6+ months in a Recruiting, HR or Administrative function
An exceptional team player with experience prioritizing multiple functions, projects, and tasks in a timely manner
Problem-solving and event-planning skills
Excited to represent and publicly speak at events on behalf of Yext’s mission and brand
Ability to build strong relationships and networks with candidates, internal and external stakeholders
Eager to work on small but highly effective team and can grow with us as we grow the company
Passionate about the candidate experience and building inclusive programs
Exceptionally organized with outstanding attention to detail, ability to multitask, and comfortable using data to drive decision making
An excellent verbal and written communicator, with an appropriate blend of integrity and friendliness
Able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within fast-paced, diverse cross-functional teams
A master at prioritization and can thrive in an rapidly changing environment
Willingness to step outside of comfort zone and try new methodologies and approaches in the spirit of experimentation and innovation
Creative and process driven: you’re constantly looking for ways to make things work more efficiently
Willing to potentially travel (when safe to do so), predominantly domestic
Proficiency in ATS Management and G Suite are a plus!
Previous experience within Campus Recruiting and/or Campus Programs
Previous experience at start-ups and/or tech companies
