Strategic thought leader who has experience partnering with Sr. Leaders
Under the direction of the Sr. Director, you will lead the HR strategic planning process including the identification, assessment and prioritization of initiatives and solutions to address strategic and operational issues and elevate HR delivery
You will facilitate the creation of the HR Operations strategy
Collaborate and stay connected with other project management organizations within ServiceNow to ensure consistent use of enterprise tools, processes and techniques related to project management
You will lead performance improvement initiatives, including project management to achieve operational excellence
Establish and monitor key performance indicators to support performance improvement
You will monitor department budget performance; identify trends and evaluate variances in relation to established budget
Identify development opportunities or training needs of individual employees and teams. You will provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance
