We're looking for a Talent leader to help us rapidly grow our team. You will lead every aspect of the recruiting strategy and execution. It's an incredible opportunity to provide a ton of value and build the recruiting function from scratch.
Here Are Some Things You’ll Do
Manage full-cycle recruiting process across multiple roles and teams
Create the talent acquisition strategy that delivers excellence across the talent lifecycle, including attracting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding talent
Define, measure, and optimize KPIs for talent acquisition
Work closely with the founders on creating the OpenPhone employer brand
Own recruiting operations and grow the Talent team
Contribute to creating an exceptional employee experience
You have 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth startup environment
You are excited to be a player-coach as you bring on key hires and establish the recruiting team
You are an exceptional communicator with great attention to detail
You are dedicated to creating a great candidate experience
