Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Belonging Program Manager

The Opportunity

The Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Belonging (IDEB) Program Manager will be responsible for contributing to and executing the Culture & Engagement and Learning & Development pillars of the IDEB Strategy. The Culture & Engagement pillar focuses on helping us celebrate diverse heritage and culture while building community. The Learning & Development pillar focuses on helping build and increase empathy along with our IDEB knowledge understanding and capability. Key responsibilities and initiatives include but are not limited to the following:

• ERG Program Development - Build out and grow our ERG Program, providing guidelines, tools, resources and updating internal ERG pages.
• ERG Program Management - Manage the overall ERG program to include coaching ERG leaders, ERG leadership development, programs development and managing the overall ERG budget.
• Diversity Holiday Celebrations & Recognition - Build out a calendar of Diversity Holidays & Observances, plan events that celebrate diverse cultures and heritage and develop internal and external comms to recognize observances in partnership with ERG leaders, Workplace and Marketing/Comms teams.
• Learning & Development - Design, build, deliver, and manage IDEB education, training and workshops and ensure current offerings are developed through an inclusive lens in partnership with Learning Experience Program Manager.
• IDEB Resource Development - Develop IDEB resources, tools, and guides to help employees understand IDEB key topics, have IDEB conversations and put learnings into action to help ensure sustained engagement and retention of IDEB key topics.

What We’re Looking For

• Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Belonging - General knowledge and understanding of IDEB key topics and ability to eloquently educate others on IDEB key topics. Experience building, managing and executing Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Belonging programs.
• Learning & Development - Experience directly building, designing, delivering and facilitating IDEB education, training and workshops.
• Employee Resource Groups - Knowledge of ERGs, programs, strategies and experience leading an ERG/ERGs, and experience partnering with and coaching ERG leaders. Awareness of industry best practices and trends.
• Program Management - Ability to successfully execute, manage end-to-end projects, communicating updates, challenges, and working around roadblocks to ensure the overall success of the program.
• Stakeholder & Relationship Management - Adept at building and managing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders; experience managing relationships across a variety of stakeholder groups.
