The Opportunity
The Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Belonging (IDEB) Program Manager will be responsible for contributing to and executing the Culture & Engagement and Learning & Development pillars of the IDEB Strategy. The Culture & Engagement pillar focuses on helping us celebrate diverse heritage and culture while building community. The Learning & Development pillar focuses on helping build and increase empathy along with our IDEB knowledge understanding and capability.
