As the Global Sr. Manager, University Program leader, you can make a positive lasting impact on Intuitive.  Through your leadership, you will play a critical role for early in career talent.  You will lead the early in career recruiting strategies for the company. This person will also develop and drive movement from an intern/Co-op U.S. focused program to a Global enterprise early in career strategy.

Job Description:

This position reports directly to the Director Global Product Operations recruiting and is dedicated to recruiting for all Intuitive business units.  You will work with Senior-level executive sponsors, recruiting, & HR Partners to understand and develop our University talent forecasts. Through collaboration, you will design and develop an aligned Global University Hiring Program strategy which includes plans to grow regional and functional academic partnerships over the long-term. As the head, you’ll be responsible for developing the internal recruitment strategy which includes campus relationship management, campus marketing and branding activities, recruitment and selection process management, the administration of event management, and interview scheduling. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for understanding business needs, and also excels, and exhibits a passion for leadership, organizational effectiveness, program management, inclusion and diversity, operations, planning and execution.

Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Develop and maintains relationships at select target schools.
• Develops and drives future pipeline strategy for early in career full time positions.
• Strong influencing skills at all levels of the organization.
• Design and develop consistent on-boarding and induction processes and programs for all university hires.
• Design and drive event strategies.
• Manage, monitor, and analyze annual University Program metrics.
• Develop others, demonstrate interpersonal awareness, links team to organization, encourages excellence, leverage and value diversity, and foster collaboration.
• He/she will manage a team of two recruiters and build an infrastructure for the continued expansion of University Hiring Program team.
• Leverage global experience to engage and partner with leadership on their growth strategies across the enterprise.
• Understand, analyze, and present data associated with hiring success for an early in career program, develop and provide KPIs to leadership to help them track their hiring performance.
• Develop collaborative partnerships with HRBPs, Finance, business leaders and other key stakeholders.
• Keep abreast of industry and market trends and benchmark other organizations on best practices to ensure the most effective tools and resources are being utilized.
• Collaborate on the ongoing development, leadership and delivery of training related to effective and efficient hiring practices with a focus on scaling the company.
• Embed Inclusion and Diversity into all programs for University Hiring.

Skill/Job Requirements:

• Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 8 years recruitment experience with at least 3 years in university relations.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading University Programs Globally and managing a team.
• A partnering, collaborative, communicative, continuous improvement perspective to be applied to cross functional, global problems.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop and retain staff.
• Strong understanding of the market dynamics in the “Early in Career” sector.
