As the Global Sr. Manager, University Program leader, you can make a positive lasting impact on Intuitive. Through your leadership, you will play a critical role for early in career talent. You will lead the early in career recruiting strategies for the company. This person will also develop and drive movement from an intern/Co-op U.S. focused program to a Global enterprise early in career strategy.
This position reports directly to the Director Global Product Operations recruiting and is dedicated to recruiting for all Intuitive business units. You will work with Senior-level executive sponsors, recruiting, & HR Partners to understand and develop our University talent forecasts. Through collaboration, you will design and develop an aligned Global University Hiring Program strategy which includes plans to grow regional and functional academic partnerships over the long-term. As the head, you’ll be responsible for developing the internal recruitment strategy which includes campus relationship management, campus marketing and branding activities, recruitment and selection process management, the administration of event management, and interview scheduling. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for understanding business needs, and also excels, and exhibits a passion for leadership, organizational effectiveness, program management, inclusion and diversity, operations, planning and execution.
