The E.W. Scripps Company is seeking a Talent Acquisition, On-Air Talent Leader responsible for managing the day-to-day activity for a small group of talent acquisition partners as well as providing full-cycle talent acquisition responsibilities for the organization. This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas and working closely with key leaders within the company. The ideal candidate will have industry experience as a News Director, Assistant News Director or News Anchor. This position has the possibility of being remote if in an area where there is a Scripps location.
