In addition to full-cycle recruiting, you will also be responsible for supporting our University program on all fronts. This includes participating in and leading UR events (i.e. On-Campus Recruiting, Career Fairs, Conferences, etc.), building campus relations, managing Interns during our internship program, as well as additional projects and initiatives across UR and Recruiting. This is a brand new role and one that allows for creativity. If you're someone who loves to build programs and strategies from scratch, this may be the right role for you!
Support full-cycle recruiting for Interns and New Grads across all functions within Real Estate Org (ex. Engineering, Design, Construction, Development, Procurement etc). This includes everything from sourcing to candidate management to closing.
Regularly run pipeline activity, maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal partners
Collaborate with hiring managers to build and execute customized, full-cycle recruitment strategies to build a pipeline of interns and new graduates
Provide stellar candidate experience! Represent the company with integrity and professionalism. Speak passionately and authentically about our company’s vision and mission
Participate and lead on-campus recruiting events. This includes career fairs, info sessions, conferences, and more
Provide support for the company's internship program. This includes being the key contact for interns, performance tracking, mentor training, and more
Bachelor's Degree (minimum) and 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience
Experience with full-cycle recruiting (variety of roles preferred)
Experience partnering with Hiring Managers throughout the recruiting cycle
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, embrace ambiguity and adapt quickly to changes
Willingness to work flexible hours to meet the hiring needs of multiple regions (LATAM, APAC, EMEA and North America)
Ability to be scrappy and resourceful with minimal to no mentorship/oversight
Ability to think on your feet but with enough humility to ask questions
Previous experience within University Recruiting and/or University Programs
Flexible and can deal effectively with changes in priorities or ambiguity
Previous experience at start-ups and/or tech companies
