- Among companies that hire Software Engineering new grads, 64% have new grads making up just 1-10% of their entire Engineering organization and only 23% have set a specific target percentage for hiring new graduates within their Engineering organization.
 - The majority of our respondents indicate that the headcount for Software Engineering interns and new grads in 2024 has remained consistent with 2023 levels.
