100% of our respondents hosted summer interns this year
57% of our respondents hosted a hybrid summer program ~ an Increase compared to 2021 (28% hybrid)
49% of our respondents leveraged Google Form / Sheets to collect intern feedback / evaluations ~ an increase compared to 2021 (37%)
44% of our respondents are not attending events / conferences this fall ~ an increase compared to 2021 (20%)
We saw a decline in attendance at AfroTech, Grace Hopper and Tapia compared to 2021
Intern and new grad hiring has kicked off much later in the season with 30% of our respondents not having launched intern hiring and 60% of our respondents not having launched new grad hiring
