This track is focused on practical strategies for implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. Sessions will cover topics such as how to build a comprehensive DEI strategy, how to create equitable policies and practices, and how to implement diversity and inclusion initiatives that drive real change. This track is focused on topics related to attracting and retaining a diverse workforce. Sessions will cover topics such as how to conduct inclusive recruitment, how to identify and eliminate barriers for access and opportunity and how to create a workplace that supports and values diversity.
Global Diversity
