This University Manager will strategize, manage and help execute a best in class university and new grad hiring strategy. This person will have the opportunity to manage an incredible team of University recruiters, leading the initiatives to bring Anduril’s University programs to the next level as we quickly grow and expand our program.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead all University, events and diversity hiring initiatives
Responsible for developing, communicating, implementing, and improving national and global university recruiting strategies
Set goals and expectations for university and diversity recruiting teams
Work cross functionally with Anduril business leaders to execute on all university, diversity and brand events
Build brand awareness on campus through Events, Social Media and Sponsorships
Partner with Diversity Program Manager on planning and executing diversity recruiting initiatives
Continue to build a intern programs across Anduril offices
Track, analyze, and report on metrics and efficiency of university hires and programs
Partner hiring managers to define interview process and new evaluation techniques
Work with the University Recruiters to define the hiring process from initial outreach to offer negotiation and finally to onboarding
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of people management and development
Experience developing University Programs at scaling Start-Ups
Very comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-paced, high-demand, always-evolving environment
Hands on experience building Internship Programs the feed into the future talent pipeline of growing organizations
Experience creating and sustaining effective relationships with internal and external clients, across different functions and lines of business.
$116,000 - $174,000 a year
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in all offers; and are considered part of Anduril’s total compensation package.
