• 12-month contract
• One needs to be NYC and one needs to be in Santa Monica, CA (HQ).
• 4 days/week in office
• Hourly rate: $28 - $32/hour

• Schedule, facilitate, and host phone, video, and onsite interviews for Snap Inc. candidates
• Organize, prioritize, and monitor scheduling requests through our internal ticketing system
• Communicate as-needed with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and other parties involved with the interview process
• Reschedule and problem-solve as needed when candidate interview schedules require changes
• Act as a spokesperson for Snap Inc. throughout all facets of the recruiting process, and during all communications with candidates
• Greet, host, and close out candidates during their onsite visit to Snap Inc.
• Maintain scheduling metrics such as interview volume and weekly progress reports
• Manage quarterly projects and other coordination programs as needed
