As a University Recruiter, you will be working with hiring managers and campus partners to hire Interns and New Grads for our Software Engineering teams. You will report to the University Recruiting Manager and will join a growing global team. We're looking for someone who's excited to build upon our early-in-career programs and find the best ways to source, screen, and close a diverse cohort of engineering candidates.
The impact you will have:
Partner with hiring teams to understand hiring goals and needs
Manage full-cycle recruiting for Intern and New College Grad software engineers
Develop relationships with university partners, including faculty, staff, and students, to build campus-specific strategies for attracting talent
Plan and execute on-campus events and strategic programs to grow a diverse talent pipeline
Grow our intern program to provide excellent intern experiences
Build our marketing and communications plans to engage with the engineering community as we grow our early talent programs
What we look for:
Experience partnering with hiring teams to understand university hiring goals
A track record of sourcing, screening, and closing early in career technical candidates while providing top-tier candidate experience
Comfort leading on-campus initiatives in partnership with university stakeholders
A focus on efficient and effective recruiting processes
Passion for building something from scratch while working with stakeholders inside and outside the company
