The OneReq Leaders Memberships are designed to help you make better decisions that lead to better business outcomes and benefit your career. The membership has three main components:
- A peer advisory group
- A OneReq Host (executive coach) who facilitates the group and is available to meet with you privately for one-to-one sessions
- Benchmarking, data insight reports, thought leadership which includes subject matter experts speaking on a relevant and timely topics to your recruiting function
Membership is exclusive to internal Recruiting Team Function Leader and limited to one member per function per company.
University & Emerging Talent Eligibility
- Heads of a companies entire University or Emerging Talent Recruiting Function
- Leaders of a University & Emerging Talent Recruiting Program at large private or public companies. Ex: Head of Intern Recruiting
