We hosted our very first Slack AMA with Brittni Lundie! Brittni is a Diversity and Inclusion Program Manager at Uber based in San Francisco where she manages diversity and inclusion programs on the university team. 65 URx members joined the #ama Slack channel where Brittni answered questions all day.
Prior to joining Uber, she was a diversity and college recruiter for Tesla, the Boeing Company, Deloitte and the Department of Defense. She’s spent the majority of her 12 year career recruiting entry level engineers across various industries. She has a bachelor’s degree in communications from Grambling State University, a MPA in HR Management from Texas Southern University and is a huge proponent of HBCU’s and diversity hiring and retention. She is a recent transplant to the bay area from Denver and enjoys cooking, crafting and raising her 3 year old daughter Charleigh.
