Be authentic, be yourself
Candidates want to see themselves at your company, meeting the real you may be just the connection they are looking for!
It’s not personal
Recruiting can be a weird dance with the steps changing depending on the company, recruiter, position, candidate and a dozen other factors. Expect there to be a few missteps from time to time.
Find Community
Whether it is to benchmark, ask questions, or just vent, it’s important to have a support system that you can count on.
