We launched our Q4 URx Benchmarking Survey. URx surveys our community (representing 150+ employers) and the university recruiting industry to benchmark programs, recruiting strategies, compensation & benefits and diversity initiatives. The Q4 survey focusses on the Fall 2020 season and our outlook for 2021.
Please access the survey here and note the deadline to complete is Friday, January 15th.
The survey should take no longer than 15 minutes to complete and all answers will be anonymized and aggregated. The complete report will only be extended to those who have submitted a survey response. Survey highlights will be presented at our January 19th community call.
