- Define your key priorities and high-value projects for the year and determine the support needed.
- Use a collaborative framework to share ideas and solutions with peers.
- Develop a business case for your initiatives and position yourself to advocate for necessary support and resources.
From developing new intern programs to securing funding or additional headcount, this session will equip you with the structure and support to succeed.

Hi OneReq Leaders!
I’m a facilitator and educator who leads programs supporting workplace learning, leadership, and collaboration. I particularly enjoy leading programs that help students and recent grads grow as professionals and navigate the complex world of work, and I spent much of the past several years teaching well-known career development courses at Stanford University.
As a consultant, I’ve had the privilege of leading learning and development programs on 5 continents, and working with well-known clients like Spotify, Pinterest, Google, Snapchat, Workday, YPO, and Slack. I’m also featured as a meditation instructor on the Calm app, the #1 app for sleep and meditation, and facilitate wellbeing workshops for Calm’s enterprise clients.
