Richard Cho is a 20-year recruiting veteran, who has worked through a total of three economic downturns over the course of his career, which has spanned some of the hottest hyper-growth tech companies including eBay, Facebook, and Robinhood. At Robinhood, he grew the team from 400 to 4,000 people. He is now the first-ever C-level recruiting executive at Gem, as its Chief Recruiting Officer.
Emil Yeargin
VP, Talent at Gusto
Emil Yeargin is the VP of Talent at Gusto and is currently based in San Francisco, CA. Emil brings over a decade of experience in technical and engineering recruiting, as well as product, security, and analytics. Prior to joining Gusto, Emil was a recruiting leader at well-known tech companies, such as Lyft, Okta, and Zenefits, and has been featured in various talent summits and podcasts, sharing his expertise.
