Connecting with other OneReq members to diversify your network, brainstorm ideas, share challenges and uncover opportunities is important to our community. That is why we partner with Ten Thousand Coffees to provide an easy way for our members to do just that.
OneReq TA Community Cafe
An online platform that provides a hub for our community and supports 1-1 introductions between community members, curated and just in time office hours, and our member directory (opt in).
A new, data-driven introduction (via email) once a quarter based on your personal interests and goals.
How it works – Intros are automated and help you connect or stay connected with others in the community over casual “coffee” conversations. Once you’ve been introduced to another member, find a time to meet-up in-person or online!
We’re also providing you access to virtual “Office Hours”: informal, small group conversations hosted by Talent Acquisition leaders and subject matter experts in the field. Office Hours are a unique opportunity for you to have a casual chat with senior leaders and a handful of members in a relaxed setting about interesting topics, share perspectives, and make new connections.

All you need to do to claim your profile is choose the interests and goals that you’re looking for from your conversations
What should you expect?
- You will receive a new introduction to a member of the community once a quarter.
- After receiving your first introduction to another member via your email inbox, reply directly to set up a time to meet for a virtual coffee (or tea!)
- Suggest the medium that works best for you both; Zoom, Teams or even an old fashioned phone call
- Share your feedback after every conversation so we can improve the program for you and your fellow members.
