A great opportunity as a Campus Recruiter has opened within our Jacksonville office. In this role, you will be part of the US Campus Recruitment team.
Establishing strong, trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally, you will deliver on our campus strategy and enhance our organization's brand and reputation at on-site events and select universities. You will leverage your excellent project management skills to plan and execute recruitment and campus events, both virtual and on-campus. Your strength in organization, execution and time management will allow you to plan and manage office visits and ad hoc phone interviews, including addressing any logistical issues, to ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
Working in partnership with the team coordinator, you will manage the selection process for designated schools, overseeing the end-to-end identification and selection of campus hires in alignment with the business. Your strong interpersonal and presentations skills will aid you in facilitating the planning and management of a 10-week summer analyst program, including orientation days, networking and social events, on-going training, and performance management. You will also partner with the rest of the team and key stakeholders on the selection and evaluation process of summer to full-time offers. Your passion for recruiting will allow you to create and maintain a strong network within the marketplace to understand the competitive campus landscape, including compensation and program data, and make recommendations as appropriate.
Your previous experience in campus recruitment will allow you to make an immediate contribution to the team. Your willingness to travel throughout the year, when possible and appropriate, will be essential to your success.
