The Oracle University Talent team is expanding and scaling our college internship programs globally and we are seeking an experienced UR professional to lead this effort. This is a true leadership opportunity where you will design best in class programs and work to continuously improve the interns experience while leveraging the voice of our customers and working side by side with business partners, HR, and TA peers. This includes every experience from offer accept to the return to campus post internship. You will deliver amazing internship experiences for all hires in North America, Latin America, and the Asia Pacific region.
Build upon the strong existing program to scale and expand into new markets, hiring new teams in each location.
