Infoblox is looking for a Diversity & Inclusion Director to join our amazing People & Places Team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about championing our efforts to make Infoblox an even more diverse and inclusive employer of choice.
This newly created position can reside in our Santa Clara or Tacoma office and will report to the EVP of People & Places. In collaboration with the EVP of People & Places, you will have the autonomy to lead, design, and implement Infoblox’s Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) framework, strategy, and subsequent goals that support a diverse and inclusive culture. This position will serve as a guiding resource and partner to leaders on D&I best practices and programs. The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record of project management and the ability to drive programs that support the organization's workforce diversity, inclusiveness, and retention opportunities.
