Early Talent Recruiter (Campus/University Relations)

Conagra Brands is looking for an Early Talent Recruiter to add to our Early Talent Recruiting team. You will report to the Early Talent Recruiting Manager and develop campus recruitment strategies for Conagra Brands. These strategies include enhancing the prospective and full-time student experience and partnering with business leaders and Human Resources to attract and retain passionate team members for Conagra Brands.

The Early Talent Recruiter will maintain relationships with targeted colleges/universities and managing the early talent recruitment and selection process for both undergraduate and graduate schools. You will manage recruiting events and will develop an on-campus marketing strategy to promote Conagra's brand and on-campus opportunities. The Early Talent Recruiter will be an advisor to internal partners, responsible for understanding and assisting those groups in attracting and building an Early Talent recruiting pipeline.

You Will:

• Develop recruiting strategies for partner campuses, including pre-identification of candidates, pre-screening resumes, operational plans, diversity plans, and branding activities to attract qualified candidates and compile year-end results summary annually
• Oversee logistics preparation for Fall and Spring campus events, both on-campus and virtual. Host kick-off meetings for the teams attending campus events and monitor to help ensure unified recruiting approach; Attend essential campus events with your campus team members, both on-campus and virtual
• Communicate with candidates and serve as their source of contact; become the point person for deans, department heads, students, faculty, career centers, administrators, and other on-campus organizations
• Collaborate with the Senior Early Talent Recruiter/Intern Program Manager to organize events for students throughout their internship
• Develop relationships with our internal clients, including business leaders, HR business partners and Hiring Managers
• Attend professional development roundtables, webinars, conferences to learn and evolve the Conagra Brands early talent team and intern program to reflect best practices
• Conduct benchmarking research to identify opportunities for continuous improvement of our program

You Have:

• Detail-oriented with effective time management skills
• Experience developing souring strategies to pipeline diverse talent pools
• Lead a team of partners, managers, and staff, with varying levels of experience in campus recruiting and present school recruiting program and results to area leadership
• Bachelor's degree
• 1+ years of experience in campus recruiting or relevant discipline
• 40% travel (combined for Fall and Spring recruiting cycles)
• Currently, we require applicants for this role to be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship either now or in the future
