Siteline recently raised funding in the FinTech/ConstructionTech space and we’re looking to hire our First Recruiter to take us to the next stage. Our CEO, Gloria, was one of the co-inventors of Apple Pay, and first PM at Stripe. Our CTO, Joel, has started 2 companies with successful exits - acquired by Google and Zynga. As our first and lead recruiter, you will source, screen, and close talent with diverse skill sets spanning all functions including Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Design. As an early employee, you will play a critical role in shaping our culture and in driving strategic initiatives such as employment branding, geographic expansion, and our DEI roadmap.
We're a diverse team of professionals based primarily in San Francisco with a few remote employees across the US. Our entire company heavily emphasizes a culture of inclusion and personal growth - our founders serve not only as company leaders but also as professional mentors. We enjoy several monthly social events to build team culture and emphasize transparency and trust. Currently, recruiting is an all hands on deck effort for us - every member of the team is creating Gem campaigns, perusing LinkedIn, and well-versed in using Lever. However, we need a full time recruiter to come in and set up best practices to help us reach out ambitious hiring goals for next year and beyond.
