This experienced leader will play a critical role in driving global University Recruiting strategies across Adobe, an organization of 22000+ employees. Design, Build & Develop innovative university strategy which is scalable across regions.

As Global Head of University Recruiting you will lead the University Recruiting team and craft a cohesive program to attract and convert a steady pipeline of top undergraduate, PhD and MBA talent into Adobe. Lead the business recruiting efforts and determine the strategic direction and objectives of global Talent.
