The Manager, Campus Recruitment is responsible for driving the execution of campus recruitment efforts across all of RBI’s brands within the US. This position works closely with RBI senior leaders and members of the People department to ensure recruiting efforts are focused around attracting top talent who align with RBI’s meritocratic, results-oriented, and ownership-minded culture. This position reports into the Director, Talent Acquisition and has 1 direct report.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Lead campus recruitment initiatives for RBI US, ensuring the successful execution of recruitment timelines for LDP intern, LDP full-time, Technical Development Program (Software Engineering), and MBA intern and MBA Full-time campus programs.
Drive campus branding and attraction initiatives, define RBI US campus calendar of events and leading the planning, organization and execution of on-campus, on-site and sponsorship events.
Advance strategic partnerships with career centers and student clubs, leveraging these partnerships for promotion of our campus events and new grad programs.
Monitor competitor recruitment trends, attraction, selection and retention best practices for campus attraction & hiring.
Lead efforts to select and train interviewers on RBI Campus Interviewing methodologies.
Partner with executive sponsors to ensure continued support for recruiting activities and programs, and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
Coordinate with regional partners to ensure global alignment on campus recruiting initiatives.
Contribute content and creative ideas to promote new grad programs and initiatives via social platforms (LinkedIn, RBI Website)
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
4+ years previous recruitment experience; campus experience is preferred
Previous experience managing cross-functional teams or large vendors an asset
Exceptional ability to analyze problems, identify alternative strategic solutions, quantify consequences of proposed actions, and implement recommendations in support of larger recruitment objectives
Notable interpersonal and influencing skills; ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of employees
Solid business acumen, including knowledge of budget management, vendor management, and contract management required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook); advanced knowledge of Excel or other similar analytical tools a plus
Willingness to travel a must (post COVID); position has expected travel 10-15% of the time
