The people team focuses on enhancing our employee experience to support happy, healthy, and thriving employees. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the early talent team at Strivr. You will be one of the first few recruiters and will partner closely with a variety of teams to identify and attract passionate individuals who want to help others elevate their performance. You'll be empowered to build best interviewing practices, design and implement recruiting programs and training, and welcome suggestions to build a thoughtful recruiting organization.
What you’ll do:
Full-cycle recruiting: you’ll coordinate, source, deliver offers, and close candidates. You’ll have full ownership to make sure every piece of your process runs smoothly
Build partnerships: advise hiring managers on hiring strategies by contributing your expertise on the market and effective recruiting processes
Candidate experience: you’ll have an emphasis on timely and transparent communication. Gain an understanding of your candidates’ motivations and alignment to Strivr and be an advocate for your candidates throughout the hiring process
Projects: you'll work with the broader people team on creating various new programs and process improvements across the organization as we continue to scale
Who you are:
You have 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across a variety of positions (tech and non-tech) in the startup or technology industry
You’re highly organized. You have strong attention to detail and uncompromised follow-through
You’re accountable. You have the ability to balance multiple priorities and are proactively communicative
You enjoy learning what makes each team within Strivr (and each candidate) tick. You ask questions and use your curiosity to learn more about the company, product, and broader industry
You articulate ideas and complex information into a clear and succinct format with a focus on content, tone, and structure
You care about your team and enjoy working collaboratively to incorporate a variety of perspectives
