As a member of Justworks’ Recruiting team, you will be an integral part of Justworks’ growth and success by executing Recruiting Operations processes and ensuring they are documented and compliant, driving efficiency and inclusivity. You will partner with recruiting team members, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders, scaling our talent acquisition systems, tools, and processes to support our growing people and business needs.
Your Success Profile
What You Will Work On
Design and launch processes, workflows, and automation that drive internal efficiencies, uplevel the effectiveness of our TA team, and deliver greater value to our candidates and internal stakeholders.
Develop best practices within our TA systems and tools with a focus on scalability and automation.
Assist the team with producing and maintaining operational documents including process workflows, standard operating procedures, and work instructions.
Work closely with the TA team to proactively and regularly identify challenges that require operational solutions.
Interface with our business operations and people ops teams to surface candidate needs, and collaborate cross-functionally to design and implement solutions.
Successfully own and deliver on recruiting projects and processes that improve the team's ability to hit KPIs with support and guidance from recruiters/managers.
Other duties as needed based on department and/or organizational needs.

Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years experience in a talent acquisition operations role, autonomously building out processes and optimizing workflows
Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Excel (Tableau and Google Data Studio skills, a plus)
Extensive knowledge of the Applicant Tracking System Greenhouse
Ability to develop long-term solutions versus short-term quick fixes, and high volume automation
Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skill
A customer-centric mentality that is eager to resolve questions and issues
Strong sense of urgency and ability to quickly prioritize in a fast-moving environment
Self-starter, highly motivated, eager to improve everything you touch
Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional leaders
