As a GTM Recruiter, you will:
Source and recruit for roles within sales, enablement, partnerships, sales operations, and customer success.
Build qualified slates of diverse candidates using modern recruiting techniques; develop proactive sourcing strategies to feed the pipeline for future hiring.
Create and lead a positive, engaging and efficient candidate experience from discovery to hire.
Serve as a consultative partner to the business; manage business expectations using market expertise, data, and business acumen to educate and influence.
Review, screen, and interview candidates for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements, while gauging candidates’ motivation for the position throughout the process.
Employ effective closing and negotiation strategies and seek to make a candidate's decision as easy as possible.
Leverage partners in Legal, HR, Finance and Compensation to ensure alignment to process, plans and strategies.
Maintain excellent documentation within our ATS and CRM systems.
Track goals, metrics, and performance of the interview process and regularly provide feedback and make suggestions for improvement.
Contribute to team projects around process improvement as we continue to scale.
Requirements
5+ years of sourcing and recruiting experience required.
Intellectually curious; seek to understand the business and the impact of roles in order to effectively pitch opportunities and build interest from candidates
Demonstrated growth mindset and ability to adapt to market trends of a given geography or roles within the organization
Strong communication, organizational, critical thinking and influencing skill set.
Ability to connect with people of all levels within the organization.
Data driven and assesses market conditions and trends to influence the hiring process.
Outbound sourcing experience across a wide range of job functions (GTM roles are a preferred plus).
Resilient and takes initiative to ensure a healthy pipeline is in place at all times
Passion towards building an inclusive work environment and overachieving diversity goals.
Experience coordinating with candidates and bringing them through the recruiting pipeline; excellent follow-through skills
The ability to qualify and screen for top candidates within a highly competitive SaaS marketplace.
