Job Description
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build a robust candidate pipeline and help fill high priority hiring needs for Autonomic
Partner with recruiters and other team members to build strategies around sourcing and attracting the best talent in a highly competitive market. Use your creativity!
Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
Source and identify passive candidates and build high-volume pipelines for all engineering roles
Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. Recruiting, HR, Compensation, and Diversity teams)
Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand requirements of roles, team functions, and how they fit into the broader needs of the organization
Operate as our sourcing guru, who is able to find untapped talent outside traditional means
Create processes to pursue passive candidates via personalized reach-outs
Be an advocate for DEI both internally and externally
Join projects related to employer branding presence and strategy
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of technical sourcing experience
Firm understanding of different tech stacks
Proven track record of successfully identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent in a highly competitive market
Experience building out spreadsheets and graphs to track sourcing metrics
Comfortable pitching to candidates on opportunities via email/phone
Hands-on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)- we use Greenhouse
Excited to solve challenging problems and building processes for scale
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
