• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing
• Experience in collecting, analyzing and reporting data across matrixed organizations
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Knowledge and daily use of an applicant tracking system
• Comfort with taking ownership of recruitment process and ability to recommend scalable enhancements or improvements
• Poise in speaking with team members at all levels, from coordinators to executives
• Demonstrated experience building relationships with peers and senior stakeholders

• Experience working with cross-functional teams across multiple locations
• Demonstrated problem solving abilities by proactively driving results and being solution oriented

What You'll Bring

• Daily management of a team of university recruiters across both tech and non-tech business units
• Facilitate and lead meetings and key initiatives and projects with the UR delivery recruiting team and client groups
• Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to members of UR Delivery Team
• Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with key cross-functional stakeholders
• Deliver regular reports to help measure and track recruiting progress across all business units and maintain daily accuracy in reporting metrics
• Facilitate and lead meetings with our recruiting team, cross-functional partners and client groups

• Work with recruiters to ensure we are consistently delivering positive candidate and hiring manager experiences whilst building candidate pipelines to support hiring goals, while utilizing our ATS system
• Collaborate with business leaders to prioritize hiring and set expectations on deliverables; provide reporting data to help forecast identify opportunities and possible solutions
• Manage full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on strong hiring manager partnership and candidate advocacy
• Maintain effective communication with candidates and hiring teams to facilitate an efficient and pleasant recruiting experience for all parties
