As a Delivery Lead within our University Relations team you will work in partnership with the UR Sr. Manager and will lead a team of recruiting delivery professionals focused on attracting university students at various levels into the organization. You should be passionate about university recruiting and have a strong ability to multi-task all while supporting the overall university relations strategy for the organization.
What You'll Bring
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing
Experience in collecting, analyzing and reporting data across matrixed organizations
Organizational and time-management skills
Knowledge and daily use of an applicant tracking system
Comfort with taking ownership of recruitment process and ability to recommend scalable enhancements or improvements
Poise in speaking with team members at all levels, from coordinators to executives
Demonstrated experience building relationships with peers and senior stakeholders
Experience working with cross-functional teams across multiple locations
Demonstrated problem solving abilities by proactively driving results and being solution oriented
What You'll Bring
Daily management of a team of university recruiters across both tech and non-tech business units
Facilitate and lead meetings and key initiatives and projects with the UR delivery recruiting team and client groups
Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to members of UR Delivery Team
Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with key cross-functional stakeholders
Deliver regular reports to help measure and track recruiting progress across all business units and maintain daily accuracy in reporting metrics
Facilitate and lead meetings with our recruiting team, cross-functional partners and client groups
Work with recruiters to ensure we are consistently delivering positive candidate and hiring manager experiences whilst building candidate pipelines to support hiring goals, while utilizing our ATS system
Collaborate with business leaders to prioritize hiring and set expectations on deliverables; provide reporting data to help forecast identify opportunities and possible solutions
Manage full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on strong hiring manager partnership and candidate advocacy
Maintain effective communication with candidates and hiring teams to facilitate an efficient and pleasant recruiting experience for all parties
