What you'll be doing:
The NVIDIA University Team is responsible for intern and new college graduate hiring. We identify, attract, and hire the next generation of NVIDIA luminaries and leaders. The North America team focuses on the full life cycle of our candidates, from the first touch point at a university campus, throughout the hiring process, their internship, and full-time opportunities post graduation.
University Recruiters work directly with our product teams to develop hiring strategies for a lasting pipeline of early in career talent. They cultivate candidate relationships with a passion to help students achieve their career aspirations. Other responsibilities include:
Guide internal partners through our strategy, process, and methodologies.
Regularly report progress on your strategy, hiring goals, and recruiting trends to the client and greater talent team.
Drive the offer process - including understanding student motivators, navigating interviews, extending offers, selling the company, and closing hires.

What we need to see:
An ideal candidate has experience in all areas of full-cycle technical recruiting including: supporting hiring managers, crafting job descriptions, swiftly driving the sourcing and screening processes, assessing talent for potential, experience with Workday or other ATSs, and hiring against large volumes of job requisitions.
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of as a university recruiter or equivalent recruiting experience.
