Reporting into a Talent Sourcing Manager and working fully remotely, this team has special skills in 1.) finding people with the skills and experiences we need, 2.) talking to candidates to understand their motivators and career objectives and 3.) matching the right people with our teams to grow and diversify our company. What we're looking for
Fully-Remote Team: We are looking for a Talent Sourcer with expertise in hiring technical professionals including software engineers, product managers, or product designers within the Software Industry. You will help find and engage a diverse mix of top talent to consider for our open roles. As an expert in search techniques and candidate engagement, you will partner with hiring managers and recruiters to focus on recruiting talent for our growing organization. You will identify, engage, screen, and cultivate talent while constantly communicating with recruiters and hiring managers about the market knowledge you gain and feedback you receive during the search.
Work closely with our recruiting team and hiring managers to develop and maintain sourcing strategies, candidate pipelines, and passive talent pools in order to meet quarterly hiring goals.
Establish processes to organize a volume of candidates moving through your pipeline and the interview process
Leverage multiple recruiting sources and internet sourcing techniques to identify candidates.
Engage candidates via phone, video conference, and on-site as needed and in partnership with recruiters.
Work across internal teams while handling multiple requirements, reviewing candidate profiles and updating candidate pipeline progress our ATS (Greenhouse.)
Train recruiters and junior team members on sourcing best-practices, new tools and technologies, and recruiting tactics specifically aimed at passive talent.
It is critical that the incoming sourcer have a background in either 1.) corporate technical sourcing, ideally within a Product, Engineering, or a Professional Services company, or 2.) staffing agency recruiting experience, supporting Technology, Product, or Data roles.
We are very open to hiring recruiters who prefer to focus on the front-end of recruiting, "the hunt" and are willing to pass off candidates for the back-end, "the close."
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the recruiting field. Knowledge of recruiting cycles, processes, opportunities and pitfalls.
Solid understanding of Boolean, LinkedIn, and your own toolbox of other sources.
Strong screening ability. Practice in identifying candidates' strengths and areas of opportunity.
Ability to work 30 hours or more per week. (Part-time employment is available for someone desiring between 30 and 40 hours per week.)
