Quantcast is hiring a University Recruiter to work on the Talent Acquisition team in our San Francisco office! As the real-time pulse of the Internet, Quantcast runs the world’s largest AI-driven insights and measurement platform directly quantifying over 100 million web destinations. Using machine learning to drive human learning, Quantcast provides brand marketers and publishers with meaningful audience insights, predictive targeting and measurement solutions across the customer journey. As an University Recruiter, you will be responsible for Quantcast’s university recruiting strategy and its successful execution. You will partner with the Recruiting Operations team to design and implement a university roadshow at campuses or virtually across the country. You will work to enhance our existing engineering intern and new grad programs. You are passionate about engaging and attracting top university talent!

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Recruiting Ops team to plan and execute a comprehensive year-round university recruiting program
• Partner with the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Team to increase recruitment at, and from a wide-array of diverse colleges and universities. Think differently about recruiting efforts to ensure we are reaching out to historically underrepresented groups.
• Help build Quantcast brand awareness at target engineering schools targeting new grad and intern hires
• Review target schools and UR strategy to expand existing programs to all facets of the business internationally
• Collaborate with engineering leaders to understand the engineering organization and help them grow their university talent pool
• Maintain budget and success metrics of university programs quarterly

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 4 years experience in recruiting related function
• Understanding of the university landscape, including but not limited to on-campus recruiting cycles and timelines for new grads and interns
• Basic understanding of modern tech stacks
• Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and superior organizational skills
