The NVIDIA University Team is responsible for all of intern and new college graduate hiring. We identify, attract, and hire the next generation of NVIDIA luminaries and leaders. Our Campus Recruiters are key contributors to our team’s success. They are responsible for driving on campus recruiting strategies, developing a diverse candidate pipeline, and building pivotal relationships with academic partners. What you'll be doing:
Lead on campus recruitment efforts at several of our targeted U.S. universities
Partner with engineering teams to understand specific business needs and develop, implement, and execute customized recruitment strategies
Engage active and passive top talent through on campus relationships and events
Manage screening process for resumes collected at campus events to build pipeline and accomplish hiring goals across a wide range of openings
Maintain, track, and share data by event with internal partners
Work as one team and assume ad-hoc projects whenever there is a surge in hiring needs
Train internal teams on process and university recruiting standard methodologies
Represent NVIDIA externally and communicate our goals and strategy
What we need to see:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of two years technical university recruiting experience
Willingness to travel and work a flexible schedule based on our recruiting seasons
