We are seeking a University Recruiting Technical Sourcer (Contract).

What you’ll be doing:
Partner with University Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand technical requirements
Develop a quality candidate pipeline strategy through direct applications, conference lists, sourcing campaigns, campus recruitment leads, referrals etc…
Play a key role in partnering with business units to drive creative and innovative ideas to cultivate a diverse and quality pipeline
Grasp the landscape of NVIDIA and the various opportunities that are available across the company
Track, measure and report on recruitment progress
What we need to see:
Minimum of 2+ years of technical sourcing expertise for hardware engineers, software engineers and related engineering roles
Proficient in direct sourcing using LinkedIn, user groups, social media, and other recruiting tools
Experience partnering with managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the recruitment process
Self-motivated, effective time management, organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent data tracking methods and a focus on execution
Bachelor’s Degree in related field (or equivalent experience)
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Understand the opportunities and challenges in building university level talent pipeline and the determination to overcome hurdles and challenges
Familiarity with Workday or other relevant applicant tracking system
