The Early Talent team at Axtria is hiring the future leaders of our company. The goals of this cross-functional group are to hire, engage and retain the best campus talent that will fit Axtria's business and culture.

Axtria is looking for a Coordinator to execute recruiting strategies for our early talent positions across all of our US’S offices. As a key member of our Early Talent team, you will build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and candidates in order to identify the best talent for our open roles. You will also be accountable for ensuring an amazing candidate experience throughout the entire recruiting process. This Berkeley Heights, NJ position will be accountable for developing and executing on a targeted University relations strategy in partnership with the functional leader. Up to 25% travel will be required on an as needed basis for in-campus activities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

The Responsibilities of This Role Include

  • As a member of the Early Talent Recruitment Team, you will support the execution of Axtria’s campus recruiting strategy under the Team Leaders' guidance.
  • As a Campus Coordinator you will promote Axtria brand across university communities and maintain excellent relationships with candidates, faculty, career center staff, managing partners, and other associates involved in the recruiting process.
  • Plan, coordinate, and attend campus recruiting events. These may include in-campus and virtual career fairs, student organization meetings, campus interviews, networking events.
  • Proactively source candidates from targeted universities by creating a candidate’s pipeline from sources such as: programs' official resume books, colleges internal boards, referral networks, and industry specific and affinity groups.
  • Coordinate a rigorous full-cycle high volume recruitment process which includes securing interviewers, facilitating the offer & hiring process, and ensuring candidates receive a positive experience from sourcing to offer acceptance.
  • Use applicants tracking system (JazzHR) to secure data integrity and build insightful reports to analyze recruitment trends, year to date hires and open jobs reports for the business on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Execute initiatives to engage with new campus associates from offer acceptance to onboarding.
  • From a HR partnering approach, ensure that all first-year associates are integrating well and receiving the resources they need to succeed at Axtria.
  • Regularly communicate with first year associates to ensure a positive experience and to discuss ongoing collaboration and campus outreach.

Requirements

  • Min 2 years of prior, relevant experience in campus recruiting & University Relations
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and hiring platforms (JazzHR a plus)
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and process a high volume of work under pressure while maintaining the highest quality
  • Ability to speak confidently and credibly in front of internal and external clients at all levels
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills (intermediate/advanced); high quality document preparation and sharp attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as a desire to work in a team environment
  • Demonstration of a high level of integrity, discretion and professionalism
  • Willingness to proactively identify issues and recommend solutions
  • Demonstrated Microsoft Office skills capabilities with proficiency (Intermediate/Advanced) in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency on virtual engagement platforms such as Zoom, Teams, and LinkedIn groups

Education

  • BS/BA in HR, Industrial Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration or equivalent
