This individual would join the broader Futureforce Program & Marketing team, reporting directly to the Director, Programs & Marketing, Futureforce & Workforce Development, with a focus on implementing new and/or existing Equality initiatives that will help us engage, recruit and retain a diverse talent pool for the future. They will build and nurture relationships with university stakeholders, and partner with our recruiting leaders to provide strategic input ensuring our recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers are best equipped to find diverse talent, and set them up for success in the hiring process.

Primary Role:
Equality campus events & conferences, from helping execute to providing consultation, strategic input and data-driven insights to the recruiting team
General oversight, implementation and operations of new and or existing Equality programs to ensure alignment with key stakeholders
Partner with the communications team to build and implement communication strategies and content management for training, campaigns, and web resources to support our Equality initiatives on various platforms for both our internal & external audience.
Cultivate and retain internal employee rep network to be leveraged for recruiting events
Enablement sessions and training presentations for Recruiting, Hiring Managers, and Interviews around our Equality Initiatives.

Requirements:
4+ years of relevant experience
Deep knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace including the hiring process
Experience working with college students and university stakeholders
Good knowledge of university recruiting methodologies and best-practices; track-record designing and structuring programs and developing metrics
Skilled project manager with the ability to prioritize, organize, and assign tasks
Ability to set and drive diversity strategy, but also roll up your sleeves to deliver programs
Experience driving global scale projects with multiple stakeholders, and ability to work cross-functionally
Experience building presentations in Google Slides and Powerpoint
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to pivot and be agile
Translate complex topics into engaging and impactful learnings
Experience with virtual presentation tools such as Zoom, Google hangout, Hopin and/or Webex
