What We’re Looking For:
We are bringing on a Recruitment Specialist to join the Beacon family. Your mission will be to establish yourself as a trusted advisor to Beacon’s portfolio of growing organizations as a core member of our Recruitment Operations team. You will deliver exceptional value and impact through consistent and detail-oriented execution, with responsibilities that include recruitment coordination, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and sourcing operations. Internally, you will lead the charge of keeping our client data accurate and fielding client requests while working in tandem with our Candidate Acquisition team (CAT).
As your career progresses at Beacon, you will grow into a trusted advisor that will guide our client’s people strategies and help them imagine what comes next.

We’re flexible. We aren’t going to clock you in at 8:00 am sharp - we are results-oriented. If you are expected to be at a meeting at a certain time, we ask that you follow through on your commitments. We trust you to be at your best.
Fair hours. There have been a few occasions where things got a little crazy and people had to log some extra hours. But then they took some extra time off, so it all balances out. We work hard and smart but we’re in this for the long haul, no need to go crazy on the hours.
