What you'll be doing:
The NVIDIA University Team is responsible for intern and new college graduate hiring. We identify, attract, and hire the next generation of NVIDIA luminaries and leaders. The North America team focuses on the full life-cycle of our candidates, from the first touch point at a university campus, throughout the hiring process, their internship, and full-time opportunities post graduation.
Our team of University Recruiters work directly with our product teams to develop hiring strategies for a lasting pipeline of early in career talent. They cultivate candidate relationships with a passion to help students achieve their career aspirations. The University Recruiting Manager's focus is to lift up this group of outstanding recruiters and help to navigate the changing landscape of college recruiting and our evolving product teams. Other responsibilities for this role include:
You’ll learn and understand NVIDIA’s business strategy, and will be part of the team bringing our message to students
Daily alignment with other UR leaders, Program Managers, and HR Teams to maintain a comprehensive process and ensure cross functional alignment
Mentor recruiters and remove roadblocks from their day-to-day, allowing them to focus on hiring the brightest students
What we need to see:
An ideal candidate has experience in all areas of full-cycle recruiting including: sourcing and screening of extensive candidate pools, assessing talent for potential, experience working with various tools and ATS's, hiring against large volumes of job requisitions, and data management with insight discovery for thoughtful approaches to process efficiencies.
7+ years of recruiting experience, including 4+ years in University Recruiting
2+ years of direct people management, including management of both early to career and established professionals
Demonstrable track record building and leading a results-oriented team, while scaling during a time of hyper-growth
Minimum BA/BS degree
