What You’ll Do:
Develop strong relationships with schools, student groups and other related organizations to provide access to top students and deepen academic relationships
Identify, plan, and execute strategic events to host virtually and in person that will result in qualified candidates and strengthen employment brand
Lead Intern Program and Student Ambassador Program and help shape program strategies as we grow and scale our Intern and New Grad programs
Lead programmatic related responsibilities including leading events and employment brand, follow up after events, budget management, and data tracking
Determine metrics and processes to help us measure progress related to programmatic KPIs
Establish meaningful relationships with management and cross-functional partners (HR, Recruiting, New Hire Onboarding, IT, Managers)
What We’re Looking For:
6+ years of experience being a university/early career program manager
5+ years of experience with project management, brand marketing, execution with experience using metrics, data analysis, and reporting to drive program outcomes
Demonstrate experience establishing programs & leading them end-to-end while scaling for growth
Familiar with data tracking, budgeting, and tracking expenses
Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving experience
Collaborative, with experience working with and influencing colleagues at all levels
Ability to prioritize, flex, and work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
