Rubrik has become the fastest growing enterprise startup in Silicon Valley and we're looking for a passionate University Recruiter to support Rubrik's rapidly scaling University Program. As the second person on our University Talent team, you will play a key role in helping to shape the future of the program by working on all things University, including driving early career hiring, events, and programming.
What you’ll do:
Help source, engage, and hire top university-level talent across technical and non-technical teams
Partner with hiring managers as a talent advisor to understand and meet their hiring needs
Lead full-cycle recruiting with a focus on diversity
Support onboarding, programs, and events for interns and early career hires
Continually drive the adoption of emerging best practices for DE&I-focused hiring
Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives within university recruiting
Experience you’ll need:
1+ year of full-life cycle university recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth environment supporting multiple teams
Demonstrated ability to attract and hire talented, diverse candidates across multiple teams, locations, and profiles
Preferred qualifications:
Passion for working with early career talent and for connecting individuals to exciting opportunities
Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives; knowledge of core DE&I concepts and best practices in DE&I in UR space
Experience with early career program management
Ability to work efficiently with high volume resumes, emails, and phone screens during peak season
Experience working with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc) and early career sourcing platforms (Handshake, WayUp, RippleMatch, etc)
Openness to adapt and change in a rapidly evolving function
