We’re looking for a University Recruiter to help us bring the best and brightest students to Pinterest. You’ll get the opportunity to do a little bit of everything– full cycle recruiting, university strategy, create programs and events to promote the Pinterest brand virtually and on campuses, and help plan and execute our University programs. You’ll find innovative ways to use our data and tools to come up with targeted recruiting and campus strategies to build a strong network of new grads and interns for our growing teams.
What you’ll do:
Provide support across all of our University programs including on-boarding, events, mentoring, various trainings and much more
Plan and execute virtual and in-person campus recruiting events in an effort to build and maintain relationships with key universities and student organizations
Manage the recruitment process end-to-end for both new grad and intern hiring, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional partners (HR, Recruiting, and Inclusion & Diversity)
Roll your sleeves up and get involved wherever needed (coordination, events, etc.)
What we’re looking for:
1+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (university or industry)
2+ years of experience contributing to or leading a university/early career program
Driven to create a great experience for candidates
Detail oriented, ability to multi-task and results driven
Ability to prioritize, flex, and work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
