As we return to an in-person format, we’re calling on passionate emerging talent recruiting industry professionals to become an integral part of this event and make this the biggest and best URx Conference experience ever!

If you would like to join as a volunteer please share your interest with us by March 1st. 

Volunteers receive a 50% discount on registration and in addition, other attendees at your company will receive a 10% discount on registration costs. There are a multitude of ways to get involved :

Program Review & Content Team

Set the tone for the URx Conference on this crucial committee,  you will have input into the content and theme of the conference sessions

Community Experience 

Key to the success of the conference, assist with conference planning and help design our attendee experience so our community leaves with great URx Conference memories! (time commitment ~ August  – April)

Day of Conference Committee 

Are you an executor? This is important to the overall experience at URx, as you will oversee conference registration, serve as a session moderator, ensure meeting rooms are set-up, manage introduction of session presenters

Editorial & Marketing

Are you a social media wiz or a Linkedin power user? Help us evangelize all the awesome things we have in store for our conference attendees by driving digital engagement and marketing campaigns!If you would like to join as a volunteer please share your interest with us by March 1s
