Highlights

  • Going virtual was an opportunity to revisit and rebuild processes, making things more streamlined and efficient
    • Example: @ Credera, Instead of repeating info sessions, they hosted one large virtual event series and opened up for all students to attend 
  • Greater emphasis on engagement, especially in a virtual setting 
    • Ex: @ Echo, they implemented various touchpoints for teams including a quarterly newsletter
  • Recruiting virtually presented a challenge when highlighting company culture; however teams were able to highlight other aspects of the job opportunity including impact, mentorship, and access to leaders of the business
