The Campus Programs Coordinator will help scale and support our campus program. They will partner with our recruiters and hiring leaders to plan, coordinate, and execute campus recruiting-related programs and initiatives - including, but not limited to, university relationships and events, diversity partnerships and conferences, and internal programming, such as our Summer internship.
With the primary goal of helping the Campus Recruiting team attract and retain top talent, you’ll collaborate with recruiters, hiring teams, recruiting team partners, university representatives, and external vendors to design, coordinate, and run programs for students both on-campus and in-house at Yext, ensuring that all elements run smoothly and successfully.
What You'll Do
Develop the overall strategy and philosophy for Yext’s conversion-oriented Internship Program
Create a comprehensive training process for Intern Managers and Mentors to ensure high-quality mentorship and support
Partner with Engineering Logistics team to drive and manage the Intern team allocation process in an efficient, timely manner
Partner with Campus Recruiters to create and oversee intern program events. This includes professional development offerings, community-building events, speaker series, etc.
Manage Intern performance review and Intern conversion process. This includes creating the performance review structure, establishing evaluation philosophy, and ensuring calibration across all teams
Design the pre-boarding, including visa need outreach and intern housing research, onboarding, and offboarding process for university-level hires
Coordinate the planning and execution of campus-related recruiting programs and events (including pre-event registration, room bookings, lodging arrangements, marketing, swag, catering, and budgeting) that aim to attract and retain top university talent in unique ways and meet our hiring goals
Collaborate with our Marketing & Special Projects Recruitment Manager to deliver on fun and effective ways to promote the campus recruiting team, our intern/new grad hires, and both internal and external campus recruiting programs/events
Create and execute post-offer sell events
Partner with various stakeholders to build and drive Diversity & Inclusion initiatives across the University program
Leverage tools, metrics, and data to promote efficiency and operational excellence across campus recruiting processes, .i.e., own internal communications by maintaining all campus recruiting documents
Manage ad hoc program initiatives, such as newsletter creation, vendor management, talent branding, etc
Take a data driven approach to identify areas of improvement within our recruiting processes and entry-level talent programs
Positively represent Yext’s brand and mission
What You Have
Bachelor’s Degree or similar college level education
An exceptional team player with experience prioritizing multiple functions, projects, and tasks in a timely manner
Problem-solving and event-planning skills
Excited to represent and publicly speak at events on behalf of Yext’s mission and brand
Ability to build strong relationships and networks with candidates, internal and external stakeholders
Eager to work on small but highly effective team and can grow with us as we grow the company
Passionate about the candidate experience and building inclusive programs
Exceptionally organized with outstanding attention to detail, ability to multitask, and comfortable using data to drive decision making
An excellent verbal and written communicator, with an appropriate blend of integrity and friendliness

A master at prioritization and can thrive in an rapidly changing environment

Willing to potentially travel (when safe to do so), predominantly domestic
Proficiency in G Suite is a plus!
Previous experience within Campus Recruiting and/or Campus Programs
Previous experience at start-ups and/or tech companies
