An exciting virtual opportunity is available to join IQVIA’s Global Talent Acquisition team. Partnering closely with the Early Talent Acquisition team this role will focus on sourcing and generating talent pipelines for early talent hiring needs within IQVIA’s Regional and Global business units across North America. The Early Talent Recruiter will recruit and manage the intern process locally. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with college/university career centers, liaising with student groups and organizations and leveraging IQVIA alumni relationships; managing campus recruiting and related activities; and promoting IQVIA’s brand on campus. This is a faced paced role that will require experience and flexibility to shift gears quickly while delivering pipelines of top industry talent to accommodate the aggressive hiring goals of our business.
Responsible for the execution of recruitment and sourcing strategies for all assigned requisitions.
Responsible for recruiting primarily entry level (0-1 year of experience) and internship talent.
Develop and maintain relationships with target colleges/universities; research and determine beneficial campus events to attend; and coordinate logistics.
Attend campus events, as well as recruit and leverage internal volunteers to represent IQVIA at campus related activities.
Ensure compliance around individual campus recruiting policies (offer deadlines, school policies).
Utilize a variety of campus programs and career services portals, i.e. Handshake, Simplicity.
Recruit and participate in intern program management, coordinate events, speakers, etc.
Support cohort hiring in various areas of the business; including scheduling and coordinating on campus interviews and meeting tight deadlines during peak recruiting seasons.
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree required.
1-3 years of recruiting / talent acquisition experience gained from working within a staffing agency or professional services environment.
1+ years of campus recruitment experience highly preferred.
Healthcare, Pharma or Life Sciences experience preferred.
Strong time management and prioritization capabilities, with ability to multi-task and self-manage.
Ability to think strategically whilst maintaining an eye for detail.
Excellent written and oral communication skills along with an ability to interact and develop networks in a professional manner externally & across the business.
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, influencing & decision facilitation skills.
Competent user of applicant tracking systems; Workday a plus.
