Infoblox is looking for a Diversity & Inclusion Director to join our amazing People & Places Team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about championing our efforts to make Infoblox an even more diverse and inclusive employer of choice.
This newly created position can reside in our Santa Clara or Tacoma office and will report to the EVP of People & Places. In collaboration with the EVP of People & Places, you will have the autonomy to lead, design, and implement Infoblox’s Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) framework, strategy, and subsequent goals that support a diverse and inclusive culture. This position will serve as a guiding resource and partner to leaders on D&I best practices and programs. The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record of project management and the ability to drive programs that support the organization's workforce diversity, inclusiveness, and retention opportunities. You should possess strong analytical skills and the ability to translate metrics, research, and trends into the strategy.
Responsibilities
Key areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:
Develop Infoblox’s Diversity & Inclusion strategy to promote a diverse & inclusive workplace that attracts and retains the very best talent
Provide company-wide leadership to champion a diverse and inclusive workplace culture
Collaborate with stakeholders and task-groups to develop initiatives that support the overall D&I strategy
Offer thought leadership and practical problem solving needed to advance our D&I goals Develop and implement a holistic and comprehensive D&I learning and training strategy
Benchmark with world-class industry practices for approaches to advance diversity and inclusion initiatives within Infoblox
Partner with Marketing and Communications to create messaging content to tell our D&I message story internally and externally
Establish key metrics to assess and measure the results of D&I initiatives
Requirements:
A minimum of 10 years of recent experience managing Diversity & Inclusion programs, ideally with a global company
A proven and demonstrated track record of leading global diversity and inclusion related initiatives and programs
Experience in a strategic HR role with an executive-level interface and a high degree of executive influence
Strong acumen with diversity concepts and programs
Ability to influence a broad group of stakeholders, partners and senior leaders – without direct authority
Excellent facilitation and communication skills
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience in facilitation and presentation
Team-oriented consensus builder who understands how to achieve buy-in from different leaders builds bridges and designs “win-win” solutions across a global organization
A sense of humor is a must!
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
